About me: My name is Caroline and I am one of the health coaches at the Wellness Center! In my free time I love trying new recipes! I have been focusing on increasing my fiber intake lately to help with my gut health (more fruits, vegetables, chia seeds, nuts, etc)!
I had coffee with 2 scoops of collagen and then 2 scrambled eggs with veggies and salsa on top!
I had an apple with almond butter
I had chia pudding topped with a sliced banana, honey, and cinnamon
Stir Fry bowl! Cauliflower rice, brown rice, peppers, onions, snap peas, tofu and soy sauce.
Hot chocolate with almond milk.
