What I Eat In A Day- Day 3: Coach Caroline

This month in honor of National Nutrition Month, we are sharing a weekly “What I Eat in a Day” from a member of our Works Wellness Team! 

This week we have Coach Caroline! 

About me: My name is Caroline and I am one of the health coaches at the Wellness Center! In my free time I love trying new recipes! I have been focusing on increasing my fiber intake lately to help with my gut health (more fruits, vegetables, chia seeds, nuts, etc)! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Breakfast! 
I had coffee with 2 scoops of collagen and then 2 scrambled eggs with veggies and salsa on top! 

Snack!

Lunch!

Dinner!
Stir Fry bowl! Cauliflower rice, brown rice, peppers, onions, snap peas, tofu and soy sauce.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Dessert!
